Product Overview
The ECOLTO-72300 series is a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery solution developed for electric mobility systems that require stable high-voltage power output and long operational life. It is widely used in low-speed electric vehicles and utility transport equipment, offering dependable performance for daily commercial and personal use. The series includes multiple capacity options such as 100Ah, 200Ah, and 300Ah, allowing flexible configuration for different vehicle power demands.
Built with automotive-grade lithium cells and an advanced battery management system, the pack is designed to deliver consistent output, improved safety performance, and strong durability under frequent charge and discharge cycles.
Core Features

HYLN72-250 Model Overview (76.8V 250Ah)
The HYLN72-250 model operates at a nominal voltage of 76.8V with a rated capacity of 250Ah, providing a total energy output of 19.2kWh. It is designed for high-demand electric vehicle applications that require strong continuous power support.
The battery uses a compact industrial structure measuring 1100 × 500 × 240mm and weighs approximately 150kg. It is equipped with a durable metal enclosure and uses an Anderson 175A connector for secure high-current transmission.
Internal resistance is kept at a low level of ≤14.4mΩ, supporting high efficiency operation of up to 99%. The system also features low self-discharge of around 2% per month, making it suitable for long-term standby use.
Discharge Performance
The HYLN72-250 supports a continuous discharge current of 120A, making it suitable for powering electric vehicles under normal driving conditions. It can also handle short bursts of high power demand with a peak discharge capability of 300A for up to 3 seconds.
To protect battery lifespan, the recommended discharge cutoff voltage is set at 60V. The BMS automatically disconnects at 57.6V and restores operation once the voltage rises to 69.6V. In case of abnormal conditions, the protection system reacts quickly with a response time of 200–500 microseconds to prevent damage.

Charging System
The battery uses a CC-CV charging strategy to ensure stable and efficient energy storage. The standard charging voltage is 86.4V, while the recommended floating voltage is maintained at 84V for optimal long-term performance.
The recommended charging current is 30A to balance charging speed and battery lifespan. For faster charging scenarios, the system supports up to 150A maximum charging current. Overvoltage protection is triggered at 88.8V to ensure safe operation.
Temperature Adaptability
The battery is designed to operate reliably across a wide temperature range. It supports discharge from -30°C to 60°C and charging from 0°C to 60°C. Storage conditions range from -40°C to 50°C, allowing safe transport and warehousing in extreme environments.
When internal temperature exceeds 70°C, the BMS activates high-temperature protection to prevent thermal damage and ensure system safety.
ECOLFP 72V300Ah Model Overview (73.8V 302Ah)
The ECOLFP 72V300Ah variant is a higher-capacity model designed for applications requiring extended driving range and greater energy storage. It provides a nominal voltage of 73.8V and a capacity of 302Ah, delivering a total energy output of approximately 22.23kWh.
The unit measures 1100 × 520 × 270mm and weighs around 140kg. It is built with a reinforced metal housing and supports IP32 protection. Depending on configuration, it can be equipped with optional 4G communication for remote monitoring and system diagnostics.
