What is polystyrene foam panel?

EPS board (also known as benzene board) is the abbreviation of flexible polystyrene board. A polystyrene foam sheet with a closed cell structure is prepared by heating the exploitable polystyrene beads in a mold after pre-foaming with heating. It is made of raw materials after pre-hair, aging, molding, drying and cutting. It can be made into different density, different shapes of foam products, but also can produce a variety of different thickness of foam sheet.

3. Good stiffness: After the polystyrene core is formed as a whole, it is bonded with the upper and lower surface steel plates by heating and pressurizing. The sandwich plate after forming has excellent integrity; In addition, the overall stiffness of the roof panel is better than that of other similar materials. After the sandwich plate is fixed by connecting parts and purlins, the overall stiffness of the roof and wall is greatly improved, and the overall working performance of the roof and wall is strengthened. The selection of polystyrene sandwich board can use a larger purlin distance, which can save 1/3 ~ 2/3 of the purlin amount compared with the single-layer pressure plate (or the field composite plate).
