Triplex Plunger Pump Introduction:
The High Pressure Reciprocating Pump is mainly composed of a power part composed of a seat, a crankshaft, a connecting rod, a crosshead, etc., and a hydraulic part consisting of an inlet and discharge valve, a plunger, a stuffing box, a pump body, etc., and is installed together with the power source and transmission mechanism. When the reciprocating pump is working, the motor transmits it to the crankshaft through the belt or reducer, and then converts the rotation into linear motion through the connecting rod and crosshead. The three plungers are 120° to each other in turn, and alternately control the liquid entering the water collector. The liquid medium in the valve increases the pressure and is sent to the use through the drain valve. The liquid end adopts a symmetrical design, with inlets and outlets on both sides for easy placement and installation, and is equipped with a full-open safety valve.
