Belt Driven Roller Overview:

DTII Type Conveyor Belt Drive Rollers are divided into three types: light, medium and heavy according to the load-bearing capacity. The diameters of the rollers are 500, 630, 800 and 1000mm. The same type of roller has several different shaft diameters and center spans for selection.

1) Lightweight: The bearing hole diameter is 80~100mm, the shaft and the hub are connected by a single key, the drum is a single-width plate welded structure, and the shaft comes out in one direction.
2) Medium type: The bearing hole diameter is 120~180mm, the shaft and the hub are connected by expansion sleeves, and there are two types of one-way shaft output and two-way shaft output.
3) Heavy duty: The bearing hole diameter is 200~220mm, and the expansion sleeve connection is a cast-welded cylinder structure.
