This soap making machine line is used to produce high grade toilet soap and laundry soap, Material is soap noodle. Capacity is 150-300 kg/hr. The flowing chart is mixing, grinding, vacuum extruding, electric printing. The soap production line uses double vacuum strip extruding machine, it can make the soaps be of more nice structure and difficult to be suncrack.The dimension and pattern of the soap can be made by customer’s requirements.
Main features of soap making machine

d. When you produce fatty acid products( laundry soap, compound soap and industrial soap), the fatty acid content is usually 49%, the vacuum degree of the system is about of 740 mmHg, the temperature of soap base is 85 0C, vacuum dewatering is about 4%, you can take 53% fatty acid.
