Ths welding machine adopts the flexible and variable designing concepts, with the advanced production technique and technology support mechanical and electrical intelligentized controlling system. It is the best equipment for producing aerosol can. This machine provides special processing to avoid scratch on the can body caused by mechanical parts.
Our product boasts a perfect special design for can body conveying channel, which adopts durable ceramic parts. Additionally, we have adopted a welding current inverter and transformer to reduce the spark when welding. The entire set is controlled by OmRon electrical and servo motor systems. Our pneumatic components are sourced from MAC in the USA and SMA in Japan.
Furthermore, we are proud to offer an option to equip our product with a non-mercury system, making it more environmentally friendly.
