Instant bean curd machine
Stuff grinder、heater and built-in boiler are united into one body. It can reduce space with this structure. The heateris heated by the LPG(or electric) boiler, heating through steam. Normal pressure, more safe.
The structure is flexible and tight, with spiral (or pneumatic) forming machine. The machine can be configured to two-station press machine, leading to a high output.
The soymilk、jellied bean curd、beancurd produced by this machine don't have burned taste. The protein won't be damaged. The products are healthy, fresh, nourshing, pollution-free. It is a rare processing equipment of beancurd.
Equipment composition:
The equipment mainly includes: grinder system, heater system, forming system. The grinder sysytem is to grind soaked soybeans into soymilk and separate soybean residue. The heater system is to boil the soymilk through steam, making soymilk into edible soymilk, tofupudding, jellied bean curd. The forming system is to press the jellied bean curd and make it into beancurd.
