SOYBEAN Extruding machine
Component: It consists of screw rod, filter element, gearing, roller screen and controller etc.
Function: Theequipment is used in the soymilk production with the
boiled mixture process which is one new technical that cooking the soymilk and residue first, then separating the soymilk from the mixture. The mixture of soymilk and residue will be extruded by the screw rod and filtered by the filter, then be separated. One set of screw rod and filter can process about 100 to 150 soybeans per hour. The filter element can be used continuously without cleaning. It is durable and doesn't need to be replaced frequently.
