Characteristics

LQB Heat Preservation also called Asphalt gear pump has the heat preservation structure. Its body is with a hollow sandwich and has flange of import and export. The asphalt gear pump is used for conveying non-corrosive, non-solid particles and the solidification medium at room temperature, especially for very cold outdoor are as installation and occasions of media insulation process. The medium temperature is up to 250 ℃, and its viscosity with 5-1500cst. The pump has Cast Iron and Stainless Steel material. The pump can be driven by motor or by truck engine.

Application

It can be used for delivery on heavy oil, lubricants, asphalt, chemical raw materials, hot melt adhesives, resins, steam, detergents and other media while heating and cooling.
