Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter(HVBF)is a kind of hi-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment. With the supporting of vacuum box, the rubber belt is slipping on the vacuum box, which a sealing movement structure is formed between vacuum box and belt. The solid-liquid separation is achieved by a negative vacuum pressure.
One of the key features of the Horizontal Belt Filter is its Counter-Current Wash mechanism. This allows for efficient and thorough cleaning of the filter cake, ensuring that it is free from any impurities or contaminants.
The filtrate section is along the horizontal direction of the horizontal vacuum belt filter, it can continuously achieves a serious technical processes of filtration, cake washing, discharging, filter washing, etc.. The mother liquid and cake washing liquid can be collected by different cavities.
