Product Description:
The Belt Conveyor Roller is built with a Labyrinth seal type that prevents dust and other particles from entering the roller, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently.
The seal of roller can be both steel disc and plastic disc, both of them are sealed with internal grease, however in our solid liquid filtration machines, we normally adopt steel disc. The belt conveyor manufacturing technology is more and more advanced.
The roller is a transportation unit that drives the roller tube body, bearing seat, bearing outer ring and sealing ring to rotate together by the friction between the conveyor belt and the roller. This achieves logistics transmission with the conveyor belt.
