Supply Range and Site Installation Requirements: (1) Place the support on the pier or steel structure supports, first adjust the front and rear, left and right positions of the support to ensure its complete functionality after welding;

①The lower base plate is located within the weldable range of the pier steel plate.

②Adjust the upper and lower base plate to install the support horizontally, ensuring alignment with the axial direction of the pipeline so that the upper part of the support can slide freely.

③Identify the offset dimension, adjust the upper part of the support to meet the design requirements of offset and thermal displacement. When centrifugally installing the support, make the marked line on the upper part of the support and the center of the lower base plate coincide with each other, and keep the upper part of the support away from the expansion joint.

(2) Adjust the height between the base plate of the support and the root of the pipeline by sets of parallels, and tighten and level the base plate.

(3) Firmly weld the parallels to the base plate, the parallels to the pier steel plate, the pier to the root of the pipeline. During the welding process, pay attention to controlling welding deformation, ensuring that welding deformation does not affect the sliding flexibility of the support.The support plate of the saddle support should not be fully welded to the pipeline.

(4) During the installation process, protect the sliding surface, ensuring that the upper sliding surface and the lower sliding surface are not scratched, hit, burned, or otherwise damaged. Before final assembly, clean the upper and lower sliding surfaces.
