PTFE Hose

PTFE hose is a commonly used industrial pipeline accessory, used at temperatures between -20 degrees and+180 degrees. It is mainly used in pipelines to solve vibration, displacement, material discharge, and compensate for thermal expansion and contraction.

PTFE hoses have the ability to flexibly bend due to special processing methods, changing the previous characteristics of rigid pipelines. They can be connected to graphite, ceramic, or glass pipelines with lower mechanical connections. They can be used for feeding and discharging pipes of tankers, storage tanks, containers, or reactors. They can be used for pipeline misalignment of connections or to compensate for pipeline displacements and size changes caused by climate or other reasons. They can also be used to eliminate high-frequency mechanical vibrations. In special occasions, they can be used as tubular reactors or heat exchangers.
