Designed based on the principle of torque balance. Within the specified range of load displacement, the load torque and spring torque are always balanced. Therefore, when there is displacement in the pipes and equipment supported by constant force spring supports, a constant supporting force can be obtained without introducing additional stress to the pipes and equipment. Constant force supports are generally used in places where displacement stress needs to be reduced, such as in power plant boiler bodies, hanging parts of steam, water, and flue gas pipes, as well as burners in power plants. They are also used in petrochemical equipment and other places where displacement stress needs to be minimized.
