High Repeat Positioning Accuracy
The hollow rotating platform utilizes a single-stage helical gear reduction method to increase output torque. The gear precision grade is below level 5, combined with a flexible clearance adjustment mechanism that controls backlash by altering the center distance between the two gears. This design results in minimal backlash, achieving repeat positioning accuracy of less than 5 arc seconds.

High Rigidity
The rotating platform is supported by a set of precision crossed roller bearings. The rollers are arranged in a 90-degree staggered pattern, and their diameter is slightly larger than the raceway dimensions between the inner and outer rings of the bearings. This configuration creates preload between the inner and outer rings and the rollers. As a result, the servo rotating platform can withstand various torque forces, including radial, axial, and overturning moments, providing rigidity that is more than ten times that of traditional bearings.

High Rotational Precision
After assembly, the servo rotating platform is re-ground at the outer diameter and end face of the rotating disk, using the crossed roller bearings as the rotation center (standard grade is precision turned). This ensures the coaxiality and parallelism tolerances of the rotating disk.

Flexible Motor Configuration
The hollow rotating platform allows for flexible interface size changes through customized flanges and input shaft holes, making it suitable for connecting any brand of servo motors or stepper motors.
