Hook flower net, also known as diamond net, diagonal net, hook net, protective net, or fence

net for aquaculture, is a special type of metal wire mesh product. It is mainly composed of

materials such as aluminum alloy wire, electroplated zinc wire, and wrapped plastic wire. It is

processed into flat spiral shaped semi-finished products through a crochet net machine, and

then woven with mutual spiral hooks. Gouhua mesh can be divided into two types: shrink

handle and grip edge. The wire diameter range is usually 40-90, and the mesh size can be

between 5cm-10cm, or customized according to needs.

In the production process of hooked mesh, galvanized steel wire or plastic coated steel wire

is first used for pre bending, and then the size of the pre bending (i.e. the size of the mesh hole)

is changed through a mold. The pre bent steel wire is then transferred to the weaving machine,

which completes the weaving work. After being pushed and pressed by a Y-shaped pusher,

the edge steel wire of the woven mesh is folded and closed with itself, completing the gripping

process. If one end needs to grip the edge and the other end needs to twist the edge, simply

install and run the corresponding equipment on one end; If both ends are twisted, install a

twisted edge device on both ends. Throughout the production process, the wire pre bending,

cutting, weaving, gripping, and twisting processes have been automated without the need

for manual intervention.
