Glass Fiber Mesh Cloth
Glass fiber woven fabric serves as the base material for glass fiber mesh cloth, widely used in building internal and external wall insulation, waterproofing, fire prevention, and crack resistance applications. It offers excellent alkali resistance, flexibility, and high tension resistance.
The mesh cloth is manufactured using alkali-free glass fiber yarn (primarily composed of silicate for superior chemical stability) through a special organizational structure - yarn fabric skein woven. The material undergoes anti-alkali liquor treatment, reinforcing agent application, and high-temperature heat setting.

Application Guidelines
- 75g/m²: Used in thin slurry reinforcement to eliminate small cracks and distribute surface pressure.
- 110g/m²: Ideal for indoor/outdoor walls to prevent cracks caused by various materials (brick, light wood, prefabricated structures) with different expansion coefficients.
- 145g/m²: Applied in walls mixed with various materials to prevent cracking and distribute surface pressure, especially in External Wall Insulation Systems (EIFS).
- 160g/m²: Used in mortar reinforcement layers to accommodate movement between layers caused by shrinkage and temperature changes, preventing cracks and ruptures.
