Product Description
Heavy Duty crimped wire mesh is primarily used in construction industries, cement industry, petroleum, minerals, pharmaceuticals, chemical industries, rubber industries, automobile industries, and various industrial applications including filtering, sizing, grading, separating, and shifting. Domestic uses include grid windows, verandas, partitions, counter shelves, racks, lifts, cages, guards, trays, and more.
Manganese Steel Ore Screen is a screen product made by weaving manganese steel wire with a diameter of 1.6mm-12mm. It features embedded (Mn65-Q) weaving method with no prominent overlapping points of longitude and latitude, resulting in a flat surface with uniform force distribution.
The material has a hardness of HB180-230 with excellent plasticity and toughness. When subjected to strong impact and friction, the surface undergoes work hardening, increasing surface hardness to HRC60 or above while maintaining high plasticity and toughness internally.
