Manganese Steel Ore Screen is a screen product made by weaving manganese steel wire with a diameter of 1.6mm-12mm. It adopts the embedded (Mn65-Q) weaving method, with no prominent overlapping points of longitude and latitude, a flat surface, and uniform force distribution.
The Hardness is HB180-230, with good plasticity and toughness. When subjected to strong impact and friction, the surface undergoes strong work hardening due to plastic deformation, and the surface hardness value can be increased to HRC60 or above, thereby achieving high wear resistance, while maintaining high plasticity and toughness internally.
When the old surface wears down, a wear-resistant layer will form on the new surface, and its lifespan can reach 4-8 times that of a regular sieve. Therefore, it is mostly used in the large-scale coal mining industry and can also be used as a protective net for professional mechanical vibrating screening machines, drum screening machines, electromagnetic high-frequency screening machines, and asphalt mixers.
