The PLD series concrete batching machine is an advanced automatic batching equipment designed to work alongside mixers. It facilitates the precise batching of 3-6 different materials such as sand, stone, and cement, according to user-defined concrete proportions.
Compliant with the technical standards outlined in GB10172 for Concrete Mixing Plant batching systems, this machine utilizes electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, and wired remote control operation. These features ensure accurate weighing, high batching precision, rapid operation, and robust control capabilities. Its user-friendly interface simplifies operation to pressing a key for each operation step.
When combined with a corresponding concrete mixer, this series can configure various types and specifications of mixing plants. Importantly, it achieves this at a cost significantly lower (approximately 1/2 - 1/3) than that of standard mixing plants of similar specifications. Additionally, its mobility facilitates easy installation on-site, making it an ideal choice for producing high-quality concrete efficiently.
