The filling host part adopts an environmentally friendly outer frame, a tempered glass door, and an automatic sliding door to achieve a sealed state; the entire line automatically completes barrel feeding, sliding door opening and closing. , automatically identifies the barrel mouth, automatically aligns the barrel mouth, automatically opens the lid, automatically dives for filling, and automatically caps after filling. The electrical control part of this machine is composed of PLC programmable controller, frequency conversion speed regulator, etc. It has strong control ability and high degree of automation. It adopts special devices and has functions such as no filling without a barrel and no filling if the barrel mouth is not aligned.
The filling gun head has overload protection against pressing the barrel surface. It has protection against deviation caused by touching the edge of the barrel mouth. Filling can continue without affecting the measurement. When the value that affects the measurement exceeds the set value, there will be alarm protection, and you can choose to continue filling or manual intervention.
The air pipe and unloading head seals are all made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
