TP060 Orbital Tube To Tube Sheet Welding Head
This welding head is one special designed TIG welding head for tube to tube-sheet,which is used for carbon steel,stainless steel tube to tube-sheet connection,mainly for protrusion tube and flush tube without wire feeding or with wire feeding.The standard small torch with additional gas cover to weld Titanium alloy or other material which need higher protection.For OD 32mm and below tube,use localizer to positioning and expansion collet with spring balancer for positioning.lt's compatible with Kunshan Huaheng iOrbital4000, iOrbital5000 programmable digital welding power source to apply in chemical,food,medicine,heat exchanger.power plant, and nuclear industries etc.
The pneumatic clamping and positioning method is adopted,so that the welding gun can be firmly positioned on the tube sheet without human intervention,which truly reduces the welding skills of the welder;
With automatic arc length control device,the automatic arc length control function can also be turned off,and the arc length can be adjusted manually;
Using the standard structure of water-cooled TIG welding torch,it is convenient and quick to replace or adjust the tungsten electrode;
Wire feeding without winding,comes with an integrated wire feeder with 1.0kg wire reel;
Water,electricity and gas all realize the function of no winding;
The handle is equipped with operation buttons,which conform to the ergonomic design.
