This welding head is specially designed for fully automatic TIG welding of tube/tube welding, and is suitable for automatic welding in the form of general tube sheets.It can weld various types of tube/tube sheet joints such as carbon steel,stainless steel,etc.,mainly with flush tubes and no wire filling.It can realize orbital TIG tube/sheet welding to achieve ideal welding results with high reproducibility.It can be used with Tube Master200, iOrbital4000, iOrbital5000 program-controlled welding power sources,mainly used in chemical,food,medicine,various heat exchangers,power plants, and nuclear power industries.
