The side beam series equipment is mainly used to complete the circular seam or straight seam welding of the cylindrical workpiece. It has the characteristics of small footprint and convenient lifting of the workpiece. Generally, it must be used in conjunction with the turntable, workpiece support frame, tooling or roller frame. This equipment is not recommended for suspended workpieces with a thickness of less than 2MM. The commonly used welding process is MIG/MAG or PAW, which is suitable for longitudinal circumferential seam welding of stainless steel welded pipes, vessels and tanks.

•    Mainly used for straight seam welding of large-diameter pipes, cylinders and other workpieces;

•    It can be combined with tooling such as roller frame and head frame to realize circular seam welding of workpieces;

•    Suitable for welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials;

•    According to the welding process requirements, welding methods such as TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW can be selected;

•    It has the characteristics of small footprint and convenient workpiece lifting;
