The HUAHENG HDV32-TIG circumferential seam adopts the single-torch TIG welding method and is mainly used for circumferential seam welding in forms such as pipe-flange, pipe-fitting, and pipe-elbow.
Features:
Different from the traditional chuck-type clamping welding equipment on the market, the disc drive mechanism of this equipment adopts a lifting mode, which can reduce the auxiliary time for welding and improve the welding efficiency.
The control system has a built-in WPS expert parameter database and a function for retrieving commonly used pipe materials.
It possesses the OSC (Oscillation in Arc Length) and AVC (Arc Voltage Control, Arc Length Tracking) technologies, and can adopt the hot wire TIG process. Moreover, it can realize the functions of multi-layer and multi-pass continuous welding and automatic root pass welding through the human-computer interaction interface, greatly reducing the operation difficulty.
