The Huaheng HL3000-TIG longitudinal seam welding machine is widely used in the welding of products such as food machinery, dyeing and finishing equipment, power switch busbar cylinders, medical machinery, and special material chemical containers. It is mainly targeted at the longitudinal seam welding of medium and thin-walled cylinders less than 3000 mm long.

This equipment adopts the single-torch TIG welding process, and the welding torch is also equipped with the functions of OSC (Oscillation of Arc Length) and AVC (Arc Voltage Control for Arc Length Tracking). It comes with a high-definition welding monitoring system, which can make real-time fine adjustments to the welding speed and control the dynamics of the welding torch.
