Our MAR-YZ2×70 / MAR-YZ2×80 Hydraulic Tensioner is equipped with a spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake, ensuring automatic engagement in the event of hydraulic failure, thus enhancing operational safety. Moreover, our product features two sets of hydraulic power output interfaces for convenient connection to hydraulic conductor reel stands.
The bullwheel of our hydraulic tensioner is lined with wear-proof MC nylon segments, ensuring durability. With an infinitely variable tension control system, our product achieves constant-tension stringing, providing reliable performance during operations.
Uses: It's used for stringing various conductors and earth wires, suitable for stringing one conductor or two bundle conductors.
