Our MAR-YZ40A Hydraulic Tensioner is designed for tension stringing operations involving various steel wire ropes, conductors, and earth wires. Its bullwheel features abrasion-resistant MC nylon lining with ultra-wide groove spacing. The tensioner offers precise control with infinitely variable tension settings, enabling constant-tension conductor stringing.
In the event of hydraulic failure, the spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake engages automatically, ensuring safe operation. Additionally, the tensioner is equipped with a hydraulic-power output interface, allowing for easy connection to the hydraulic wire shaft bracket.
