Core Material Types
- Expanded Polystyrene (EPS): EPS sandwich panels are lightweight, cost-effective, and have certain thermal insulation performance, but their fire resistance is relatively poor.
- Polyurethane (PU): PU sandwich panels boast outstanding thermal insulation performance with low thermal conductivity, along with high strength and good airtightness. Their fire resistance is also relatively superior.
- Rock Wool: Rock wool sandwich panels have excellent fire resistance and are classified as non-combustible materials. They also offer good thermal insulation and sound absorption properties, making them suitable for cleanrooms with high fire protection requirements.
- Silicon Rock: The main raw materials of silicon rock sandwich panels include silicon dioxide and magnesium oxide. They possess non-combustible, waterproof and thermal insulation properties, serving as a high-performance core material for cleanroom sandwich panels.
