The eight-sided rotary pulp forming machine has eight pulp suction surfaces, forming an octahedron. The octahedron rotates gracefully above the slurry pool. Four sets of molds are installed on each pulp suction surface, and four egg trays can be produced with each rotation. The slurry suction mold uses reverse suction to absorb and form the egg trays. The thickness of the egg trays produced is uniform, the density is high, and the strength is good. Rotary molding machines are generally matched with crawler transmission automatic drying systems, and the output can reach more than 4,000 pieces per hour.

Introduction of Pulp Forming Machine:
1. The pulping system achieves usable pulp through soaking, crushing, stirring, pulping, etc. The raw materials are various waste papers, newspapers, magazines, various paper products, etc.
2. The molding system is assisted by the positive and negative pressure system through the pulp molding equipment, so that the pulp is evenly distributed on the mold, and then transferred to the drying system through the transfer mold.
3. The drying system is a closed system with a conveyor belt inside. The wet products are transferred to the conveyor belt through the transfer mold, and then dried to the finished product. The drying system can be heated by burning coal, wood, natural gas or electricity to achieve the drying effect.
