Working principle:

TONTEN ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with gear transmission on the outside, two bins, and a grid-type ball mill. The material is fed into the first bin of the mill evenly through the hollow shaft of the feeding device. The bin has a stepped lining or a corrugated lining, and contains steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel balls to a certain height and then falls to produce a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. The bin is inlaid with a lining plate and contains steel balls. The powder is discharged through the discharging grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
