Working principle
The hydraulic transmission device of the gantry shear drives the punching mechanism and the shearing mechanism. After the material is grabbed into the feeding box through the automatic feeding box, the waste material is automatically sent to the cutting position of the blade by the conveyor belt. The feeding speed can be adjusted by the speed regulating motor. The shearing mouth of the steel plate cutter is composed of two blades, the lower blade is mostly fixed blade, upper blade is mostly movable blade. After the scrap iron enters the blade, the stamping device presses the scrap iron down and fixes it, and then the upper blade moves downward to cut the scrap iron. After cutting, the upper blade and the punching mechanism return to their original positions and wait for the next shearing process.
