Product introduction:
The automatic weighing packaging machine consists of a feeding part, a weighing part and a discharging part. The feeding part is divided into a storage hopper and a gravity feeding device. The storage hopper is used to store materials that need to be weighed, and the gravity feeding device mainly supplies materials to the weighing hopper. The weighing part is the weighing hopper, which is connected to the weighing sensor to measure the weight of the material. The discharging part is used to complete the unloading and bagging process of standard weight materials.

The working principle of the weighing quantitative packaging machine:

When there is enough material in the storage hopper, it enters the gravity feeding device under the effect of gravity, opens the material door and enters the large feeding state. When the given large feeding weight is reached, the feeding door is closed, leaving a slit and entering the small feeding state. When the given small feeding weight is reached, the feeding door is closed, and the material is dropped through a certain amount of air. When the weighing hopper is stable and the bag-locking mechanism is clamped, the discharging door is opened, the material enters the discharge hopper, and then falls into the bag, completing a packaging cycle.
