Bag dust collector is dust removal allows dust-containing airflow to pass through filter materials to separate solid dust from gas. When dust-containing gas enters bag dust collector through the ventilation duct system under action of induced draft fan,dust is captured on filter material when passing through pores of filter material, and clean gas passes filter material is discharged from exhaust port.

Basic composition of bag dust collector:
The dust collector is mainly composed of filtration system, pulse spray system, compressed air system, ash discharge system, automatic control system, etc.

Pulse bag filter process flow:

Bag filter refers to a device that intercepts and captures dust particles in the airflow when the dusty smoke passes through the filter layer, thereby achieving gas-solid separation. Bag filter devices include bag filter and granular layer filter. The former usually uses filter bags made of fiber or inorganic fiber fabric as the filter layer. When dusty exhaust gas is generated, they will first be captured by the air collection port and then transported to the pulse bag filter through the main air duct. In this process, the dust is sucked into the air duct in the form of negative pressure and processed by the pulse bag filter. The dusty exhaust gas first enters the lower part of the middle box of the pulse bag filter. In the pre-separation chamber formed by the wind shield, large particles of dust will fall into the ash hopper due to inertia. The exhaust gas flows upward along the wind shield and reaches the filter bag area. In the filter bag area, the dust is effectively blocked and blocked outside the filter bag, while the clean gas passes through the bag opening and the upper box. After the action of the centrifugal fan, it finally meets the emission standards.
