Ball mill application and working principle:
Ball mill is mainly used in mineral processing industry. Ball mill can grind various ores and other materials wet or dry as needed, such as ferrous and non-ferrous metal mines, gold mines, lithium mines, cement, silicate products, fertilizers, ceramics, etc. The grinding mill grinds into extremely fine powder. The cylinder part is filled with the material to be ground and the grinding media (metal grinding balls). Inside the cylinder, the media is lifted to a certain height under the action of centrifugal force, and then falls or drops, grinding the ore during the interaction between the balls. The feed material to be ground enters the cylinder from the hopper at one end, is crushed by the grinding media, and is discharged from the other end.

Structural features:
1. The radial distance between the rolling bearing and the feeding and discharging spiral barrel is increased, which has the effect of heat insulation and cooling, greatly reducing the loss of components and extending the service life of the bearings
2. After process treatment, it can withstand huge impact force in production and maintain the surface shape of the liner for a long time
3. Gear is processed by quenching and hobbing, which can reduce the sliding speed of meshing and reduce the sliding ratio, thereby increasing the running speed of the ball mill.

4. Barrel lining and grinding media can be used for a variety of abrasives; easy installation and adjustment, simple operation.
