Working principle of drum swashing machine:

The washing drum is supported by four tugboats, motor drives reducer, and large and small gears drive washing drum to rotate at low speed. The ore containing mud and stone powder is fed from feed port and enters trotating drum. The wear-resistant rubber lining installed at a certain angle in the washing drum is constantly lifted and thrown down. It circulates multiple times during the movement from the feed end to the discharge end, and is rinsed and washed by forward or reverse flushing water. The water flow interacts with the dirt on the surface of the stone to flush and wash it away. The cleaned ore is lifted and unloaded into the double-layer conical screen by the elevator, and is discharged separately into three particle sizes: coarse, medium and fine. The treated stone is discharged through the discharge device, and the cleaned stone can be directly used in the corresponding production or construction work.
