Operating Principle

Wear safety goggles, cut-resistant gloves, earplugs, and non-slip boots; restrict operation to trained personnel. Disconnect power and use lockout/tagout during maintenance. Ensure workshop ventilation to control rubber dust. Before operation, inspect for loose parts, remove metal from tyres with a detector, and confirm control settings. Start the system, let the crusher reach stable speed, then feed tyres gradually via conveyor/forklift, avoiding overload. Monitor amperage, temperature, and noise; adjust or stop for abnormalities.
