Product Introduction
Screening is the process of separating broken bulk materials into different particle levels through one or more layers of screen surface. Sieving machine is a class of vibration screening equipment, with the relative motion of the bulk material and the screen surface, so that part of the particles through the sieve holes, sand, gravel, crushed stone and other materials according to the size of the particles classified. Working Principle
Sieving machine operation need to wear protective equipment, check the screen, fasteners, electrical and lubrication before starting, clean up the surrounding debris. Run the first no-load start, after stabilisation of uniform feeding, monitoring vibration, temperature and abnormal noise, abnormal immediate shutdown. Shutdown should stop the material and then cut off the power, clean the screen mesh and record the status. Clean the screen and check the bolts every shift, lubricate the bearings regularly, check the screen wear and level every month, and maintain the shaker and anticorrosion every season. It is strictly prohibited to touch the screen surface or adjust the parameters when running, emergency shutdown after power off lock, the equipment needs to be dustproof and soundproof in line with environmental protection.
