1 . Descriptions:
Magnetic drive pumps, also known as magnetic pumps or magnetically coupled pumps, are pumping devices that utilize magnetic force to transfer energy and are characterized by their ability to effectively prevent leakage in wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
Principle of operation—
The working principle of the magnetic drive pump is based on magnetic coupling technology and is divided into two parts: the outer magnetic shaft and the inner magnetic shaft.
- Outer magnetic shaft: connected to the motor and rotated by the motor drive.
- Inner magnetic shaft: connected to the outer magnetic shaft by magnetic coupling and located inside the pump.
- Seal isolation: the rotation of the outer magnetic shaft penetrates the pump casing through the magnetic field and drives the inner magnetic shaft to rotate synchronously inside the pump without the need for mechanical seals, thus realizing seal isolation of the pump and avoiding the leakage problem of traditional pumps due to the wear and tear of seals.
