KL99 Self-contained SCBA with Carbon Fiber Cylinder
KL99 SCBA is a positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus developed for firefighters and industrial personnel working in oxygen-deficient or hazardous gas environments. This system offers reliable respiratory protection with a wide range of features to ensure both safety and comfort.
The full face mask is made of flame-resistant silicone, designed to fit snugly and comfortably on various face shapes. Its anti-fog spherical visor provides a wide 91% field of vision and clear visibility in demanding conditions. The demand valve supplies air at a rate of ≥500L/min with low breathing resistance and can be quickly connected to the mask via a 360° plug-in system.
The ergonomic backplate assembly includes flame-retardant shoulder straps and waist belt made of KEVLAR or Nomex, helping evenly distribute weight. The pressure reducer ensures air stability and can deliver more than 1000L/min of flow, suitable for high-intensity operations.
Equipped with a luminous pressure gauge and audible alarm device, the system alerts users when cylinder pressure drops below 5.5±0.5MPa. The air cylinder is available in multiple capacities (2L to 12L) and is made from high-strength carbon fiber composites to ensure lightweight durability.
KL99 SCBA is widely used in firefighting, petrochemical, marine, power generation, metallurgy, and military applications. It delivers reliable, long-duration breathing protection under extreme conditions.
