National standards: The design and material selection of liquefied petroleum gas pipelines must comply with national standards, such as the "Liquefied Petroleum Gas Supply Engineering Design Code" GB51142-2015, which stipulates the material requirements and technical specifications for seamless steel pipes.
3. Design requirements: The design pressure, design temperature and medium characteristics of the pipeline need to be considered during design. The steel pipe and its accessories must meet these requirements and comply with relevant safety technical regulations.
4. Low temperature and toughness: The selection of liquefied petroleum gas pipeline materials should consider brittle fracture at low temperature and plastic fracture at operating temperature. When used in low temperature environments, toughness requirements are also required.
