The tank structure is divided into three layers: a protective layer, an insulation layer and a tank body.
Milk tanker product features
★Milk tank trucks are also called fresh milk trucks, milk tank trucks, liquid food trucks, and stainless steel milk trucks. The tank body is made of food-grade stainless steel plates. The outer of the tank body needs to be insulated to prevent the fresh milk from deteriorating. The inside of the tank body must be smooth and clean. No acute angle, generally need to add CIP cleaning device in each milk tank.
★Milk tanker product description: fresh milk tank transporter, the inner and outer tanks are made of stainless steel 304, can be 2-4-6 compartments, the tank is equipped with a washer; the middle layer is made of 50-80mm polyurethane The foam material keeps heat, and the temperature change does not exceed 1 degree in 24 hours when the temperature difference is 30 degrees.
