1, clean the impurities on both ends of the new rubber roller, and then select bearings that meet the design requirements in terms of specifications and models. Apply lubricating oil to each mating surface, and correctly and evenly hammer the special bearing sleeve until the bearing is installed in place. Do not apply force directly on the bearings and knock them randomly to prevent damage to the bearings before use.

2. Ensure the lubrication of each bearing and shaft seat of the rubber roller. Before installing the rubber roller, the outer surface of the bearings at both ends of the rubber roller and the rubber roller bearing sleeve, bracket, etc. on the machine should be coated with lubricating grease to minimize the rotation, impact, and friction caused by the back and forth movement of the ink roller, and to reduce the wear on both sides of the rubber roller shaft sleeve and shaft seat.

3. New Ink Roller Adaptation Program: Before installing the entire set of new glue rollers and preparing to print with UV ink, the ink rollers must be run with UV transparent ink or UV ink for 2-3 hours to fully adapt to the UV ink. After cleaning with UV washing machine water, the UV printing program can be carried out. If the above procedure is not followed, some UV ink may become hard and accumulate on the surface of the ink roller, resulting in uneven ink application, heat generation, and difficulty in cleaning.
