Material Characteristics
Polyethersulfone (PES)
Hydrophilic membrane with high flow rate, high flux, low protein adsorption rate and low elution. Used to remove fine particles, bacteria, viruses and fungi from aqueous solutions. pH range: 3-12.
Nylon
Excellent chemical stability, flexibility, and durability. Withstands autoclaving at 121°C. Suitable for filtering aqueous solutions and most organic solvents. Applications include electronics, microelectronics, semiconductor industries, tissue culture medium, pharmaceutical solutions, beverages, and high-purity chemical products. pH range: 3-14.
Hydrophobic PTFE
Broadest solvent compatibility with excellent particle retention performance. Withstands various sterilization conditions. Suitable for both liquid and gas filtration. pH range: 1-14.
Hydrophobic PVDF
High mechanical strength and tensile strength with good heat resistance and chemical stability. Not resistant to solvents such as DMSO, THF. Suitable for gas, steam filtration, and high-temperature liquids. pH range: 2-13.
Polypropylene (PP)
High impact resistance with strong mechanical properties. Resistant to various organic solvents and acid-base corrosion. Stable to most chemical reagents except concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
Medium-speed Filter Paper
Specifically designed for metal ion detection after urine filtration.
Mixed Cellulose Ester (MCE)
Good hydrophilicity with high porosity and filtration speed. Primary applications include sterile filtration in aqueous solutions and sterile filtration of culture media and nutrient solutions.
