System Introduction:

It performs 360-degree inspection of the front, back, and sides of the caps, detecting dirt, black spots, nicks, scratches, presence or absence of gaskets, double gaskets, reversed gaskets, cap trademarks, roundness, and other defects. Defective products are rejected, and qualified products are automatically counted and diverted to designated collection containers.
