Material characteristics

1. Polypropylene (PP): Green and environmentally friendly, light in weight, high in transparency, can clearly display the content of the card, has good waterproof and wear resistance, relatively low price, good chemical stability, no harmful chemicals added, relatively gentle protection for the card, and is a more common card sleeve material4.
2. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC): It has a soft texture, good flexibility, can fit the card well, provides certain buffer protection, has certain tear resistance and wear resistance, but may contain harmful substances such as plasticizers, and long-term contact may have an impact on some cards. Some brands will use environmentally friendly PVC to make card sleeves.
3. Polyethylene (PE): It is soft, resistant to low temperatures, has good chemical stability, is non-toxic and odorless, and has relatively gentle protection for the card. It is often used in some ordinary card sleeves, has low cost, good processing performance, and can be made into card sleeves of various shapes and thicknesses.
