Quality issues must be reported within 20 days of receipt. We allow a 3% reasonable defective rate. For other quality concerns, we provide solutions including replenishment and refund.

Please provide product dimensions (width x length x thickness), material specifications, printing artwork or logo, quantity requirements, and reference pictures or design sketches.
Q6: What file formats are available for printing artwork?
We accept PDF, CDR, AI, and PSD formats with 1-2mm bleed size and minimum 120 DPI resolution (higher resolution preferred).
