System Overview
The EnerArk integrated BESS cabinet features a complete plug-and-play design for easy transportation, installation, and maintenance. This all-in-one system integrates battery modules, PCS, PV controller (MPPT optional), control system, fire control system, temperature control system, and monitoring system. The synergistic operation of all components ensures efficient charging and discharging performance.
Utilizing an AC coupled micro-grid structure, the system connects PCS, load, and grid to the AC bus. Custom control strategies are developed based on specific application requirements to ensure reliable and safe power supply.
The battery cluster consists of LiFePO4 battery cells organized in series-connected modules. The entire battery system is managed by BCM (Battery Cluster Manager) for real-time monitoring of cluster voltage and current. The distributed BMS (Battery Management System) collects battery voltage, temperature data, and performs cell balancing to maintain optimal module performance and safety.
