ER1681-Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick AZS33#:
The dense microstructure of AZS33# zirconium corundum bricks makes the bricks have good resistance to glass liquid corrosion, and it is not easy to produce stones or other defects in the glass furnace. It is the most widely used product in glass kilns, and is mainly used for the upper structure of the melting pool, the pool wall and paving bricks of the working pool, and the material channel.
AZS33 is the most widely used product in the cast AZS series, and has excellent performance in preventing contamination of glass liquid. It is widely used in the wall, bottom, upper structure and feeding channel of the glass furnace.
ER1691- Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick AZS36#:
In addition to having the same co-crystal structure as AZS33# fused zirconia corundum brick, 36# AZS brick has more chain-like zirconia crystals and lower glass phase content, so 36# fused zirconia corundum brick is corrosion resistant The performance is further enhanced, so it is suitable for areas where the flow rate of the molten glass is faster or the temperature is higher.
AZS36 s is a product with excellent performance in the cast AZS series. It has high resistance to glass erosion and low pollution. It is usually used in key parts such as the pool wall near the hot spot of the glass melting pool.
ER1711-Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick AZS41#:
AZS41# fused zirconia corundum bricks not only have the eutectic of silica and alumina, but also contain more uniformly distributed zirconia crystals. In the zirconia corundum brick system, its corrosion resistance is good. Therefore, the key parts of the glass furnace are selected so that the life of these parts is lower than other parts.
AZS41 is the product with the highest performance in the fusion cast AZS series. It has extremely high resistance to glass liquid corrosion and extremely high glass phase exudation temperature, and it has very low pollution to glass liquid. It is widely used in key parts of the hot spot of the glass furnace, such as the wall of the glass furnace, the corner of the feed opening, the liquid hole, the sill, the bubbling at the bottom of the tank, and the all-electric furnace.

Electrocast zirconia corundum block is made by completely melting the raw materials and casting it in a casting mold, which is cooled and solidified. The casting methods of fused zirconium corundum bricks are ordinary casting (PT), inclined casting (QX), non-shrinkage casting (WS) and quasi-shrinkless casting (ZWS)

Fused Cast zirconia corundum are widely used in glass melting furnace because the fused zirconium corundum brick is an important refractory material variety in modern glass melting furnaces. It is currently produced in a large amount in the world. It is a widely used refractory product. It has good resistance to glass erosion and resistance to rapid cooling and heat. The heat load performance is applied to all important parts of the furnace.
PT: The usual pouring method, the shrinkage hole of the product is located in the lower part of the casting mouth, and it is mostly used for the upper structure of the melting pool.
QX: The oblique casting method is adopted, and the shrinkage hole of the product is offset to the lower end, which is mainly used as a pool wall brick.
WS: Non-shrinkage casting, the non-shrinkage product of the shrinkage hole part of the cast brick is mainly used, such as the liquid erosion hole, the kiln sill, the corner of the pool wall, the paving surface, etc.
ZWS: Quasi-free shrinkage casting, mainly used as pool wall bricks, basically removing the shrinkage of the cast bricks, mainly used as pool wall bricks.
