Refractory bricks high aluminum poly light ball insulation brick
With small volume density,low thermal conductivity,excellent insulation performance and stable quality,the high aluminum poly light insulation brick can be used for lining or insulation of high temperature furnace.The insulation brick is a kind of light refractory material consisting of mullite and glass phase or corundum.The alumina content is above 48%,volume density 0.4~1.35g/cm3, volume density of porosity 66%~73%,the compressive strength 1~8MPa,good performance in thermal shock resistance.Generally mix the high aluminum bauxite with some clay,grind the mixture and use the gas evolution method or the foam method to cast and form,then put the bricks in the kiln of 1300~1500C sintering and finished.When getting in touch with the flame,the temperature of the surface is not allowed to be above 1350C.
